Foot Mobile Engineer

This is a great chance for an Electrical or Mechanical Foot Mobile Engineer to join a leading Building Service Maintenance provider covering several commercial sites within the City of London. The role will be covering PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems. This is a great chance for an engineer to gain more coverage on several commercial sites, building relationships with clients.

A comprehensive travel card will be provided, ensuring hassle-free access to all sites and allowing you to focus on what you do best. This role is not just about technical prowess; it's also about building relationships. You'll have the chance to engage directly with clients, showcasing your problem-solving skills and customer service excellence.

Foot Mobile Engineer Duties:

• PPM and Reactive Maintenance
• Electrical Fault-Finding
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• Sprinkler systems
• AHUs, FCUs
• Generators
• Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
• Pumps & Motors
• BMS Operation
• Site Folders, Elogbooks, Managing Contractors,

Foot Mobile Engineer Requirements:

• Fully qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
• Prior Building Service Maintenance experience (3 years prior)
• Prior experience as a foot mobile engineer - Ideal
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
• Familiar with site folders, E-logbooks and other forms of documentations

Salary and Benefits:

• £42,000 - £45,000 per annum + Zone 1 and Zone 2 Travel Card
• Monday - Friday, 8 -5
• 25 days holiday entitlement + Bank holidays
