Food Production Operative
Attleborough, Norfolk
Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £23000 - £27000 DOE

Monday to Friday, Days Only

We are currently recruiting for Food Production Operative to work for a growing food company based near Attleborough, Norfolk.

This is a full time, permanent position, where you will be employed directly from day 1 and you will be joining a business that looks after their employees and shows genuine interest in every person working for the company.


The purpose of this role is to carry out the production and packaging of poultry products in a chilled environment. You will work as a part of a small flexible team, working together to meet business needs and will perform variety of duties within different departments.
Previous production experience/background is advantageous, but not necessary as all training will be provided.
Own transport is necessary due to the location and shift pattern.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.30pm finish with all breaks paid.
Overtime is paid at x1.5 after 39 hours per week and overtime is available during weekdays and some weekends but is not compulsory.
Weekly paid attendance bonus.

Pay rate:
Salary between £23,000 and £27,000 per year, dependant on previous experience and skill set.

Requirements:
No previous experience necessary as all training will be provided.
Must have access to own transport to be able to get to and from work.
