Job Title: Food Production Operative
Location: Barking
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Working Hours:

Shift timings: 09:00 - 18:00 (flexibility required)

Workdays: Sunday to Friday
Responsibilities:
-
Peel, chop, and prepare a variety of fruits and vegetables to meet daily production targets

Adhere to standard operating procedures for food safety and hygiene

Ensure the quality and freshness of all prepared fruits and vegetables
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and disposal of waste

Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and fulfill customer orders
-
Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers regarding any issues or concerns
-
Assist in inventory management by reporting shortages and replenishing supplies as needed
-
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment
Requirements:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Proficient in fruit and vegetable preparation techniques

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members

Flexibility to work additional hours when required

Punctuality and reliability in meeting scheduled work hours
