Our client is one of the most well-respected private members’ golf clubs in the UK and are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team.

Ideal Candidate

  • A genuine passion for the Food and Beverage industry, with a desire to create exceptional experiences for the members and guests.
  • Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, ideally within a Food and Beverage environment.
  • An authentic and passionate approach to leadership, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their best.
  • The ability to foster a positive and inclusive culture within the team, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
  • A talent for identifying and nurturing future leaders within the team, with a focus on driving individual and team development.
  • Excellent numerical and literacy skills, with the ability to interpret and analyse financial data and reports.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
