This is a really exciting opportunity to lead the food and beverage team at a hotel in the busy tourist market town of Broadway, Worcestershire: the area plays host to the thousands of tourists on the Cotswold tours, a busy hotel offering a full service to guests of breakfast, light bites, lunch and dinner. In the summer you will find them serving afternoon teas and brasserie style food outside in the beautiful garden and in winter things move indoors as guests sit round roaring log fires and the menus turn more autumnal and cosy. It’s a lovely venue that lends itself to all seasons, is busy and has great reviews.

As Food and Beverage Supervisor/Duty Manager you will work with our brasserie manager and general manager to oversee the smooth running and supervision of the hotel food service. This will include breakfast service and supervision of the brasserie when the manager is off. You’ll be a natural team motivator and trainer and extremely hot on your health, safety and food hygiene.

Enjoy the charm of Broadway, Worcestershire, you’ll be living and walking in a great area within walking distance of shops. Live-in accommodation provided. Earn £30,000 per year while overseeing F&B operations, managing a dynamic team, ensuring top-notch guest experiences, and upholding our high standards of service. Join us to grow your career in a picturesque setting - seize this amazing opportunity today.
