Food and Beverage Supervisor/Duty Manager Hotel

This is a really exciting opportunity to lead the food and beverage team at a hotel in the busy tourist market town of Broadway, Worcestershire: the area plays host to the thousands of tourists on the Cotswold tours, a busy hotel offering a full service to guests of breakfast, light bites, lunch and dinner. As Food and Beverage Supervisor/Duty Manager you will work with our brasserie manager and general manager to oversee the smooth running and supervision of the hotel food service. This will include breakfast service and supervision of the brasserie when the manager is off. You’ll be a natural team motivator and trainer and extremely hot on your health, safety and food hygiene.
