As the Food and Beverage Manager at our Resort, you will lead our culinary team in delivering outstanding dining experiences across our diverse range of restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities. Your leadership, creativity, and passion for hospitality will be instrumental in ensuring guest satisfaction and driving the success of our food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet events.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold the resort's high standards of hospitality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and licensing laws.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner, striving to exceed expectations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a luxury resort or upscale establishment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification in food hygiene and responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServeSafe) is advantageous.
