Location: Oxford Central,

Position Type: Permanent, Full-time 40 hours per week, shift pattern 7-4, 12-8 over 5 days per week. Some weekends on a rota. Christmas and Easter closure (35 days holiday per annum).

We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Catering Supervisor to join our team at one of the prestigious Oxford Colleges. Your primary duties will involve maintaining a professional and positive image of the college during food service, ensuring excellent food service delivery, overseeing food hygiene standards, some food preparation tasks, managing lunchtime food service, maintaining cleanliness of tables, and operating tills. The role sits between the kitchen and front of house teams ensuring that the kitchen is notified of changes as they happen and assisting both teams when required.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of food hygiene practices

- Experience in food preparation and service

- Ability to manage lunchtime food service effectively

- Proficient in table cleaning procedures

- Experience in operating tills

- Excellent communication skills
