Position: FM Estimator

Location: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Hampshire (hybrid position)

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £50,000 to £60,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Estimator within the Commercial Building Services Industry.

This position will be working for a very well established building services company dealing with planned and reactive maintenance and projects for commercial sites across the South East.

This position will involve carrying out Facilities Maintenance PPM Cost Estimation and Pricing and Contract Variations. Completing and submitting proposal and tender returns ensuring that they are done at the highest level.

This is a remote based position, however they will be expected to attend head office one day a week

Requirements

  • Proven track record dealing with FM Estimating
  • Experience in either electrical or mechanical estimating
  • Good knowledge of planned and reactive commercial works
  • Able to create tenders and proposals
  • Good understanding of commercial maintenance requirements
  • Good team player
  • Happy to attend the office one day a week
  • Experience in working on projects from £3K to £1 Million
