Are you someone who excels at handling incoming goods with precision and ensuring their seamless storage? If so, we have an exciting opening for a Goods In Operative to join our clients team. 

What is the job?
Our client is looking for an experienced Goods in Operative with a valid FLT Counterbalance license who can take ownership of the role and ensure the smooth day to day running.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Unloading incoming goods using a Forklift.
  • Putting stock away.
  • Data entry of goods received.
  • Labelling received goods appropriately.
  • Conducting quality checks on incoming goods to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Managing inventory accuracy and conducting regular stock counts.
  • Implementing and optimising warehouse processes to improve efficiency.
  • Picking stock products and delivering to various departments. 

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in goods receiving and storage operations.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Valid FLT Counterbalance license.
  • You will need to have your own transport due to the clients location.
