Float Executive Assistant
Paying £42-£44K + excellent benefits and bonus

Hybrid working - 2-3 days a week in the office

A leading global Professional Services Consultancy in the heart of the City is looking for a Float EA who is super passionate about their work. Looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and grammar/spelling to produce documentation to a high standard. The ability to build relationships, network and maintain these relationships across various platforms is key to the role.

The Float Executive Assistant will support across various areas of the business covering other EA’s sickness, maternity covers, secondments etc. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across the business and support different partners and liaise with multiple stakeholders therefore building relationships through out the business as a whole. Further down the line there will be opportunity to move into a static EA role supporting your own team.

Looking for a fully accomplished EA who is accustomed to working in a client centric environment, who enjoys a super-fast paced role and enjoys "doing the doing" .

Key skills/experience:

  • Educated to at least A-level or equivalent
  • Able to produce first-class quality written work.
  • Must demonstrate some interest in and awareness of current affairs and be commercially aware.
  • Able to work in a fast paced, high-pressured environment, where plans and priorities can change frequently.
  • Must be able to build good working relationships with people at all levels particularly within the EA network.
  • Must have at least 3 years + experience working in a client centric environment
