What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Fleet Support Operative:

  • Management of hire fleet stock levels and communicating requirements, including liaison with Fleet Hire Manager, Service Delivery Manager and Senior Commercial Manager.
  • Working alongside other Team members to ensure Fleet prepared for deployment in a timely manner.
  • Repair and refurbishment of fleet hire equipment.
  • Flexible approach as may have to travel to different sites to facilitate role.
  • Maintain on site quality, compliance, and H&S Standards always.

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Fleet Support Operative:

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of Traffic Signals Products
  • Highways maintenance/installation experience
  • Health & Safety assessments for Site working
  • Flexible Attitude
