Are you someone who has experience in being responsible for managed a fleet and the facilities with a commercial environment?
Are you someone who lives to manage their own time but also juggle lots of duties at once?
Do you easy to get along with and able to build relationships with different stakeholders within a business?

We are after a new Fleet & Facilities Coordinator for a site in Rugby, this is a busy, newly created role where you manage all the facilities within the site (dealing with contractors, suppliers etc) as well ensuring the vehicle fleet is fully compliant with any MOT / Service schedules, managing and reporting any accidents.
There will be inspection, audits, you will look at fuel consumption and other typical duties.
It's important to stress that this is NOT a transport managers role, and we are NOT looking for these skills set.
The perfect candidate will be someone who has worked within a similar facilities and fleet role, someone who is local to Rugby, not looking for hybrid work and a person who is easy to get along with.
