We are currently seeking a Fleet Controller to join our client's team based in Banbury on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating a fleet of drivers and vehicles
- Planning and scheduling routes for drivers
- Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and company policies
- Monitoring vehicle maintenance and arranging repairs
- Providing support and guidance to drivers on the road

Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the driving industry
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of transport and logistics operations
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary:
- £25,000.00 - £27,000.00 per annum
