Description

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email and live chat.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Support the sales team.
  • Hit the ground running and make it your own.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Follow up on customer interactions when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Work closely with the team to meet customer service objectives.
  • Manage customer accounts and update customer records as required.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills.

Profile

A successful First Line Support should have:

  • A high level of proficiency in technology and telecoms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
