Due to continued expansion across the business, our client, a market leading business is seeking to enhance its team with a brand new department.

Role Description

• Taking calls and emails from customers raising issues to engineers or external support where needed

• Investigating issues remotely using online software

• Brand new part of the business, working with senior management to set up processes and systems

• Working with other departments to escalate and resolve issues

• Providing a high standard of customer service to all customers and clients

• Communicating next steps and advice to customers

Skills and Qualifications

• An understanding of BMS Systems, software and terminology
• High level of customer service
• Team work and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
