Title: Fire Extinguisher Engineer - Training on Fire alarms and EML will be provided!

The Company:

Established over 30 years ago they pride themselves on being market leaders when it comes to the design, installation, and maintenance of Fire Protection Systems.

BAFE and FIA approved

Package:

  • £28K- £30K basic
  • Commission: £600 - £1000 per month. (Average)
  • Vehicle is a Van plus fuel cards – Also includes private use.
  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Call out rota – Currently 1 week in 16, standby rate at £210, plus double time for call outs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain Fire Extinguishers.  
  • Testing and basic maintenance on Emergency Lights and Fire Alarms.
  • fault finding on Extinguishers.
  • Schedule own works
  • Replacing extinguishers
  • Schedule own works daily/weekly.
  • Be a part of a call out rota. 

Knowledge and experience:

  • 2 years plus experience servicing Fire Extinguishers
  • BAFE qualified
  • No Fire Alarm experience needed, training will be provided.
  • Full UK Driving licence, with a clean licence being desired
