Fire Engineer
New opportunity for an ambitious Fire Engineer to join a National Fire Constulancy and become an integral part of the team based in Edinburgh, focusing on a variety of sectors including: Residential, commercial, retail, historical sites and more.
The Fire Engineer's Role
The role demands a proactive approach to maintaining and developing key relationships with prestigious Royal clients and major stock market-listed companies, particularly in the Commercial, Hi-Rise, and Residential sectors. Adherence to compliance, Fire regulations, and readiness for future changes are critical responsibilities of the Fire Engineer.
The Fire Engineer
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Fire Engineering role.
- Proficient in creating Fire strategy drawings and reports.
- Skilled in Compartmentation and escape planning.
- Familiarity with FREAW's and high-quality FRM reports.
- Proven track record in leading client-facing meetings.
- Demonstrable experience in the residential and commercial sectors.
- Adept in business development initiatives.
