Title: Fire Alarm Design Estimator

Location: Nottingham

The Company:

Large national NSI accredited Fire and Security Company are seeking experienced Fire Alarm Engineers. This company offer a wide range of Fire and Security Protection with over 8000 customers nationwide. They have an impressive portfolio of many high-end manufacturers and a diverse range of customers, in various sectors.  

Package:

£30,000 - £35,000 basic

Pension Scheme

20 Days holiday, rising to 25 with every year served + Bank Holidays

Onsite Parking

Main Responsibilities:

Design and production of Fire alarm design proposals

Managing your work load and prioritizing work according to project needs

Ensuring that all designs & proposals produced are accurately costed and priced to achieve the agreed company margins and any necessary management approvals & sign offs are obtained prior to issue.

Ensuring all quotations are compliant with the relevant standards & regulations currently in force at the time, CDM, fire alarm British standards etc.

4 years + experience servicing Fire Alarm Systems and Emergency Lighting.

Complete works to customer and company standards.

Be apart of a callout rota

Knowledge and experience:

Fire Panel experience desired: GENT, Notifier, Advanced and Morley.

Experience in Fire Design (FIA Design Qualification or Similar)

Full Driving licence – no points being the ideal
