Fire Consultant

A renowned Fire Consultancy, strategically positioned in Mansfield, is currently seeking a dedicated Fire Consultant to enhance their proficient team. This role offers the opportunity to join a forward-thinking company, excelling in delivering top-tier fire safety services.

The Fire Consultant's Role

The successful Fire Consultant will undertake comprehensive type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments, review existing FRA's, and develop fire strategies. With a solid grasp of British Standards, the Fire Consultant will also provide quality and technical monitoring on various construction projects.

A key aspect of the Fire Consultant's responsibilities will be to engage with clients, offering complete and competent fire safety advice. This involves staying abreast of current legislation, developing fire safety strategies, and managing fire safety plans effectively.

The Fire Consultant

• Must be registered on the FRAR (Fire Risk Assessor Register).
• Proven experience conducting type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments.
• Skilled in Fire Door and Compartmentation surveys.
• Proficient with Bluebeam software.
• Adept at fire safety and strategy development.
• Capable of identifying solutions to fire safety-related challenges.
• Supports the preparation of documents, policies, and procedures.
• Demonstrates a keen interest in progressing within the risk assessment industry.
