Fire and Theft Claims

Are you a talented individual with experience in handling fire and theft claims? We have an exciting opportunity for a Claims Handler to join our team in Tonbridge.
Position: Claims Handler (Fire and Theft) Location: Tonbridge, TN9 1RS Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and processing fire and theft claims efficiently and accurately
Investigating the validity of claims and liaising with relevant parties
Assessing the extent of damage and determining claim settlements
Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the claims process
Adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements
Contributing to the continuous improvement of claims processes
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in handling fire and theft claims
Strong knowledge of insurance policies and claims procedures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy in claim assessments
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards
