Fire Alarm Service & Commissioning Engineer - Midlands - £38k-£40k

Our client who are one of the largest privately owned Fire Detection and Fire Protection systems companies in the UK have an opportunity for a Fire Alarm Service & Commissioning Engineer to join their business.

Working on behalf of both the Service Department and Fire Detection & Electrical department the main duties of the role will be;

  • Servicing & Commissioning of Fire Detection & Gas Suppression systems
  • Commissioning & Servicing of Air Sampling Aspiration systems (training can be given where required)
  • Carrying out small works, remedial and modification installation work
  • Carry out site surveys and assist with project engineering when required
  • Use Job Logic IT based job allocation and reporting system

Skills/Experience;

  • Fire Alarm Service & Commissioning experience is essential
  • Prepared to join the on call rota - 1 in 6
  • IT literate
  • Experience in Gas Suppression or Air Sampling Systems would be highly advantageous
