Fine Art Shipping & Customs Specialist

Handling both inbound and outbound operations from start to finish.

Able to perform the customs entry (CDS) from start to finish unsupervised.

On a daily basis liaising with galleries, events and museums.

Good knowledge of the Arts & Antique shipping requirements (and packing assistance).

Familiar with Export licenses, CITES, Bond and TA.

Team player and good communication skills.

NB: This position is office based, some hybrid working may be available but only after 6 months probation is passed.

Application questions

Have current fine art shipping experience - min 2 years?
Able to perform the CDS customs entry from start to finish unsupervised?
Holding British Passport, UK Residency, UK settlement Status or Dependent/Ancestral Visa?
Very familiar with TA, Export Licences and Bond?
Able to multi-task?
