My client are a niche, specialist freight forwarder looking for an experienced FINE ART INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS MANAGER to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful, leading company! You MUST have previous experience overseeing a team in an Import or Exports dealing with High value goods.

You will be overseeing a team and daily duties will include:

  • Managing incoming customer requests including shipping quotations
  • Pricing
  • Monitoring customer shipments pro-actively provided updates
  • Handling customer queries
  • Developing customer relationships and maintaining VIP key accounts
  • Distributing work load
  • Providing junior staff with assistance
  • Conducting regular 1:1 sessions with the team
  • Design and improve client specific processes and SOPs to maximise efficiency
  • Develop and monitor KPI's
  • Liaising with warehouse team and relevant logistical parties including collection and packing
  • Working on local and global projects

Experience needed:

  • You MUST have a minimum of 3years experience in an Operations client facing role
  • Experience working with large international auction houses or art galleries is a huge advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years experience overseeing a team at supervisory or managerial level

Working hours:

  • Monday - Friday 0900am - 1730pm
