Financial Systems Manager - Boutique Law Firm - Up to £100K!

Ryder Reid Legal are looking to recruit a driven and focused Finance Systems Manager to join one of our boutique law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their Central London office. Our client, a niche law firm who specialise in disputes, are eager for the ideal candidate to become an integral member of their finance team by assisting with the maintenance and support of the firms finance systems.

The general duties of the position include:

Systems:

• Clear understanding and communication of the firms system configuration, working with colleagues to demonstrate functionality and capabilities of Aderant.
• Assist with implementation of new software.
• Gaining understanding of system needs/enhancements that can be implemented.
• Provide support for Aderant Expert, as well as Intapp and Chrome River.
• Maintain user security.
• Provide general troubleshooting, programming, configuration and support of all the firms finance systems.
• Be responsible for system testing processes.

Reporting:

• Developing and implementing statistical reporting, utilising Power BI
• Create custom reports and update dashboards on Aderant and Power BI.
• Proposing and documenting new processes to improve efficiency across the business.
• Aderant form and report customizations

We are seeking a candidate with extensive knowledge of Power BI, SQL and Aderant's core accounting and financial modules. The ideal candidate will have an operational finance background with experience with IT and financial systems from a law firm environment.

• Aderant Expert Classic, Expert Billing, Expert Rates, etc.
• Power BI
• Intapp Open and Conflicts
• Chrome River - Expenses
• iTimekeep - Time Entry
• SQL
