Part-time  Financial Services Administrator - 20 hours per week

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Financial Services Administrator to join our growing team, assisting the Head of Operations with consistently delivering great client experience to our high net worth clients. The tasks that you will be carrying out are varied and will include administering transactions on platforms so attention to detail is a very important part of the role.  To be considered for this role, you must have previously worked within Financial Services/Wealth Management.

The role predominantly involves working from home, with the requirement for in-person meetings at company-designated premises in the Horsham area.  These meetings are typically scheduled once a week or fortnight, depending on workload requirements.  The job holder must be willing and able to attend as necessary.
Key Tasks:
  1. End to end client administration
  2. Onboarding new clients and submitting letter of authorities
  3. Daily uploading of transactions to the Portal
  4. Scanning remuneration statements
  5. Scanning of non-urgent post
  6. Processing remuneration statements
  7. Processing new business cases for CEO
  8. Chasing new business through to completion
  9. Setting up new agencies and ensuring commission statements have allocated correct agency numbers for advisers
  10. Keying on clients from commission statements which are not showing on Wealth Portal
  11. Responding to client inbound enquiries
  12. Supporting Head of Operations and ensuring a smooth and seamless client experience
Soft Skills:
  • Good knowledge of the wealth management industry and products
  • An eagerness to learn, develop and grow
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability and confidence to communicate with clients by phone and messages
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to gather client information and fulfil requests
  • Proactively take ownership and initiative of your work and manage your own time effectively
  • High degree of professionalism
This role is predominantly home based, however, there will be the occasional requirement to go to the office, BASED IN HORSHAM - this is in a rural location, therefore, own transport is essential.  PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU LIVE WITHIN A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE.
