Financial Service Administrator & Sales Advisor


Due to continued expansion in our Financial Services Division, Campion Insurance part of PIB Group have a vacancy for an experienced sales executive to join their Financial Services Hub.
This role will involve working with our existing client book delivering an excellent and consistent level of customer service while identifying potential sales opportunities.
The successful candidate joins a team of established executives and has a desire to work in a fast-paced environment which does not compromise on quality and be sales orientated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Specific areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to:
  • Service of an existing customer base to include inbound and outbound calls.
  • Reviewing existing customer base to identify financial services needs.
  • Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss their financial needs.
  • Reviewing existing customer base for business development opportunities.
  • The successful candidate will provide advice and assistance to existing/new customers to enable them to achieve their financial goals. This will be managed through inbound and outbound telephony and video calling, together with responding to and executing various new business applications.
  • Promotion of sales with the existing client base on protection products at the outset with a view to development to other products as the progresses.
  • Manage referrals to/from existing Advisory Team.
  • Manage existing group pension and risk schemes.
  • Be actively involved and contribute towards campaigns.
  • Play a proactive role in developing the Financial Services Hub.

Knowledge

  • You are QFA qualified or progression towards same.
  • You will have a very good knowledge of life and Protection Insurance products, having worked in the industry for twelve months minimum.
  • You will have excellent organisation and communication skills and are confident with clients either face to face, use of digital platforms, by phone or written correspondence.
  • You are target driven and ability to work under pressure.
  • You have a willingness to learn and a determination to succeed.
