Financial Reporting Manager

Location: Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, UK - Hybrid!
Salary: £60k - £70k plus car allowance and annual bonus!

Opportunity Overview

We’re excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Record to Report Manager to join the finance team of a leading and globally recognised brand. This role is integral to driving financial excellence through strategic initiatives and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a month-end close process, ensuring accurate account reconciliation and reporting.
• Manage SOX compliance, financial statement analysis, and oversee the sales close process.
• Conduct balance sheet and cash flow reviews, and mentor a team of 7 to achieve financial objectives.
• Identify and implement service improvement and cost reduction strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Must be CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified. 
• Proven accounting experience with people management experience of 4 and above.
• Knowledge of cash flow management and accounting principles.
