Job Description

A vacancy has arisen within our Finance department based in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire for a Financial Reporting Analyst. Salary range between £40K - £45K (dependent on experience)

Working full time in the office - 5 days in the office.

Role

The role contributes to the success and profitability of producing accurate monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual financial reports and provides ongoing monitoring and controlling of actual costs against budgets

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist Financial Management with treasury, corporate tax, VAT and statutory reporting.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded in line with International policy and IFRS.
  • Provide support to the operational teams with Profit and Loss analysis.
  • Reconcile all balance sheet accounts accurately on a monthly basis.
  • Assist with Fixed Asset management.

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience in similar role or looking for a step up
  • Ability to use excel at intermediate to high level (to include look ups and pivot tables)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Great attention to detail
