Your Role:

  • Be the first point of contact, setting the tone for exceptional client service.
  • Maintain impeccable records and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Contribute to streamlining our administrative processes, enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Organise and prepare formal annual reviews to include valuations andanalyses of pension and investment performances
  • Confidently liaise with pension and investment providers via telephone and online platforms to develop trusted and reliable relationships.
  • Review all suitability reports to ensure the recommendations support the client's circumstances.

We’re Looking For:

  •  Someone who can anticipate needs and provide solutions.
  • A collaborative mindset is key in our inclusive workplace.
  • A keen interest in financial products and markets
  • Experience working for an IFA firm is essential
