Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the financial planning and analysis processes, providing critical insights and strategic guidance to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with various departments to gather inputs and assumptions, and consolidating financial plans.
2. Develop financial models and scenarios to analyze business performance, identify trends, and forecast future results.
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.
4. Provide insightful analysis of financial results, highlighting key drivers of performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
5. Partner with business leaders to understand operational performance, assess financial implications of strategic initiatives, and provide actionable recommendations.
6. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by senior management.
7. Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
