Financial Planning Analyst

Your new company
Your new company is a family-owned manufacturing SME based in Stockport. Having been established for over 150 years, they've grown into a very complex, high-performing £100 million pound turnover operation.

Your new role
In your new role within this highly complex SME you will be responsible for the production and management of the business's annual budget, working in collaboration with the Senior Business Partners and stakeholders. You will own the entire budgeting process for the group whilst also preparing the monthly management reporting packs. You will prepare the multiyear business plans as required by the business. You will support the stakeholders and Finance Director with ad-hoc financial modelling required for strategic planning. You will work with the stakeholders and the external development partners to understand the systems and processes that will streamline the planning process.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with experience working as a commercial finance analyst or business partner within a large complex business. You will have strong financial modelling skills and experience building financial plans with a basic understanding of SQL coding would be desirable. You will have strong business acumen and commercial experience with a passion for process improvement.
