Meraki Talent’s client is currently recruiting for a Financial Planner to join their established Edinburgh-based firm. They are looking for an experienced individual who is looking for the next step in their career.
  
Responsibilities of the Financial Planner
  • Build links with the clients’ other professional advisers to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of investment markets, products and services, financial planning methodologies and tax, key processes, advice guidelines and compliance procedures.
  • Delivering high quality financial planning and consistently achieving the required quality standards for a large portfolio of clients.
Background of the Financial Planner
  • Demonstrable ability to understand client needs and requirements and how our business propositions meet these to be able to deliver value for both clients and the business.
  • Previous experience in an IFA Role.
  • Minimum Level 4 qualified on route to Chartered status
  • Effective management of competing priorities to ensure delivery of quality solutions and against targets while ensuring adherence to processes and systems that have been put in place.
