You will take over a client bank at a prestigious whole of market IFA company, who are based in Hertfordshire. This established, forward thinking and fast paced whole of market advisory company is offering a quality/established client bank, great basic and a uncapped bonus etc.. As an employed Wealth Planner, you will be on target to be earning £200,000 within in three years and be working for a company with a very high staff retention, who put their clients and staff, first and foremost. You will benefit from both admin and paraplanner support - so that your focus can be in supporting your clients

Your role:

• Developing a sustainable business model for the provision of advice to clients
• Providing financial advice to clients on a range of financial planning solutions
• Actively seeking and identifying new financial planning opportunities with clients
• Enjoying building and maintaining business relationships with professional connections
• Meeting and exceeding agreed income and quality control targets
• Ensuring a high-quality service, so that client needs are regularly reviewed and met
