Responsibilities

• Talent Identification: Utilise your financial knowledge to identify and evaluate potential candidates for executive roles.
• Recruitment Process: Partake in the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to final placement, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring recruitment strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• A recent Graduate
• Recruitment Skills: Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both clients and candidates.
