Future Prospects Group are delighted to be working with our client from within the construction industry who are actively looking for a Financial Director on a full-time, permanent basis to join their team.

As Financial Director you will responsible for overseeing financial operations, implementing strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Your responsibilities as a Financial Director will include:

• Develop and execute financial Strategies and create plans to contribute to long term business success.
• Prepare financial reports and analyse data to provide insight and recommendations to Senior Management.
• Monitor financial compliance and review risk management insuring accounting standards are adhered to.
• Review and assess investment decisions and explore financing options to support company growth.
• Lead the finance team ensuring a collaborative approach while helping to develop and mentor team members.

The ideal Financial Director will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
