Our client is currently looking to hire a Financial Crime Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract with a possibility to transition to permanent afterwards. A suitable candidate will manage the implementation and enhancement of the firm's financial crime compliance operations while providing specialist financial crime support and advice to the business. This position will be based in our client's London office, with 3 days in office per week.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the implementation and continuing enhancement of the firm's Financial Crime Compliance Operations.
· Manage implementation of the firm's financial crime monitoring programme
· Build and maintain business relationships with stakeholders
· Act as focal point by providing specialist financial crime support and advice to the business
· Support the MLRO in all aspects of ensuring there is an effective financial crime governance framework in place
Qualifications/Experience:
· Comprehensive knowledge of regulations relating to financial crime compliance
· Experience in wealth management / private equity
