Financial Controller

My client based in Hitchin is looking to recruit a hands on Finance Manager to join its team. Reporting to the MD, this is a hands on role within a smaller business, where you can make a real difference.

They are not just looking for someone to produce the numbers, but are also looking for someone with the commercial acumen to support the leadership team and play a crucial role in ensuring they have the infrastructure in place to allow sustainable growth.

• Produce Monthly Management Accounts
• Ensure robust Financial Controls are in place and being adhered to
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Cashflow management
• Financial Analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Provide insightful reports and recommendations on financial performance

You are a qualified (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) or QBE Accountant, who is experienced in providing accurate information, relevant analysis and financial support to the directors. You must be hands on in approach, with the ability to be into the detail whilst being mindful of the bigger picture.
