Financial Controller Opportunity!

Are you a strong people manager? Do you enjoy improving processes within a finance team?

The Business:

  • Financial Services business based in Leeds

  • Continuous growth due to acquisition of new clients

The Role:

  • Oversee the production of all accounts, applying continuous improvement to all processes

  • Enhance financial analysis and internal reporting

  • Lead 8 professionals across 2 separate teams

  • Be the main POC of the audit

  • Lead on recruitment, on-boarding and development of your team

About You:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified

  • People management experience

  • Experience of working in a regulated environment

The Benefits:

  • Salary: £65-70k
