Our private equity backed client has a strong proposition in their market sector and are a well known business that is growing rapidly. You will be working closely with, and reporting into the Finance Director, driving the strategy and implementing processes and controls. This is a highly visible role in the business and will require you to build relationships with financial and non financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day company accounts
  • Assist with financial planning and analysis, modeling
  • Oversee Budgets, forecasting
  • Cash flow, working capital
  • Statutory accounting, UK GAAP,IFRS
  • Financial reporting, reconciliations
  • P&L
  • Corporation Tax
  • Audit
  • Board packs

Qualifications

  • Qualified Accountant / QBE
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Build relationships with non financial and financial stakeholders
  • Private equity experience is advantageous
