Financial Controller

Robert Half are recruiting for a Financial Controller based in Northamptonshire. The Industry they are in is highly attractive and sought after and this is a very rare opportunity for a qualified accountant with experience in growth businesses

Ideally seeking a first move into a Financial Controller role, learning and covering the full finance function and then has the opportunity to move into projects, forecasting and Systems

Responsibilities

• Delivery of monthly management accounts
• Developing KPIs which can be monitored, helping to drive strategic decisions
• Support the development of cash flow forecasting and budgeting
• Take ownership of the finance systems, including MS Dynamics

The Successful Applicant

• Familiar with the roll-out of ERP systems, ideally MS Dynamics, across groups and the management of the ongoing use of the software
• Have developed teams previously and have experience in optimising the finance function to fit the needs of businesses
