Financial Controller - Milton Keynes/Hybrid - up to £90,000 p.a. + bonus + benefits

"Exciting" is normally a cliché, but this really is a unique organisation, and you will work in a business that is going through considerable growth and very positive change.

This is a genuinely superb time to join the business if you are excited to be part of their growth journey in the UK, and with the scope for international expansion too.

Partnering with a highly engaging and supportive FD, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial control, group consolidations, high level management accounting and Group reporting. You will be instrumental in leading on the Year End Audit, liaising with external auditors, as well as ad hoc projects.

There will be a need to be "hands-on" and this is a broad, far-reaching role where you will need to be flexible in your approach.

Strong communication skills are key to the success in this role and you will have considerable communication with the wider finance team and rest of the business.

About you:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified by experience
  • Strong Financial Control and Statutory Accounting
  • Experience managing a finance team
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering ability
  • VAT and PAYE knowledge
  • Advanced IT skills
