Financial Controller

We are currently partnering with a successful and well respected SME retail and ecommerce brand based in Central London.

This is a broad Financial Controllers position incorporating both financial accounting, management as well as broader analytical and commercial activities

Reporting directly to senior leadership you will manage a small team and have the opportunity to gain experience across broad range of responsibilities as follows

Preparation of statutory accounting; manage the annual audit and relationship with the auditors

Analyse risks and identify commercial opportunities on a regular basis

Budgets, forecasting as well as associated analysis

Drive financial planing on an ongoing basis

Oversea all cash low and balance sheet

Drive ad hoc analysis across margin, sales, channel, product, season etc

Provide on going support with ad hoc commercial and strategic decision making

lead process and systems improvement across finance

We are seeking top talent - those who possess a proven track record of success within relevant finance/ commercial finance roles.

You will most likely be a capable Finance Manager looking for a step up or alternatively a junior Controller/ Senior Finance manager seeking an exciting new challenge

A retail ecommerce or wider consumer background would be ideal
