Key responsibilities of the Financial Controller:

  • Ensuring all financial reports are accurate, complete, and comply with accounting regulations
  • Developing and managing the company's budget, monitoring actual spend against forecasts.
  • Maintaining the company's cash flow levels, and forecasting future cash requirements.
  • Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations
  • Assisting in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.

Key essentials of the Financial Controller:

  • Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent leadership
