About the Role: Wills Consultants are recruiting for a Financial Controller for our long-standing client based in Rugby. Due to growth this new role will be reporting into the Finance Director, and you will be responsible for the management and mentoring of the Accounts Assistant.

As a Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

  • Sales and debtors
  • Purchases and creditors
  • Treasury
  • Payroll
  • Inter-company financial management
  • Taxes
  • Audit

Requirements: As a Financial Controller our client is looking for:

  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified
  • Current or previous experience as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager
  • Previous experience in managing junior staff
  • Advanced IT skills, ideally to include Excel, Xero, Sage 50
  • Be a strong communicator and have the ability to multi-task
  • A team player who is prepared to get stuck in
