This leader in the real estate space, is looking to appoint an interim Financial Controller to cover a period of parental leave. Based in Central London, and reporting in to the senior leadership team, this role will provide financial support and leadership across all major real estate developments. You will manage a small team, and take ownership for financial reporting and management accounting, as well as the tax, treasury and financial systems improvement. As such, someone who has worked in a smaller group and has touched many areas of finance would be extremely relevant. The culture and environment is fantastic, with a happy, engaged and motivated team, led by an exceptional CFO. The ideal candidate will be able to start at short notice, be a qualified accountant (ideally with Real Estate experience), and have strong experience as a Financial Controller. You will be in the office 2/3 days a week. The base salary will be circa £100,000 with additional benefits, including bonus. The 12-14 month contract will be PAYE as opposed to day rate. This is a great role, and interested candidates should apply immediately to avoid disappointment.

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However, we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
