A Financial Controller/Finance Manager is being recruited by a diverse family owned manufacturing client based in Ferndown. This is an exciting time to join as the business is growing and predicted turnover for the current year is £15m.

As Financial Controller/Finance Manager, you would report to the FD and overseeing a finance team of 2, you will work closely with departmental heads and the Finance Director and have responsibility for:

* Production of departmental P & Ls
* Management accounts and financial packs for the Board
* Budgeting and forecasting
* Profitability reporting
* Debtor and creditor management
* Systems and process review and management
* Ad hoc reporting as required

You will need to be a Qualified Accountant or Finalist (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with broad financial experience and strong analytical skills. If you are a Senior Management Accountant or Finance Manager looking to take a step up this role could be ideal for you as support would be given for any gaps in experience. 23 days holiday + birthday, rising to 25 days, health cash plan, subsidised gym membership, parking.
