The business has grown via acquisitions and organically, growth and is now a listed business. They have brand new offices in north Nottingham, however, you will only need to be in the office one day a week!

As Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in steering the financial strategy of the organisation. You'll have the opportunity to lead a talented team, implementing robust financial controls and processes to support the company's growth objectives.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as providing strategic insights to senior management. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to optimise financial performance and drive operational efficiencies.

Your background will be strong technically with experience of financial and statutory accounting, reporting, controls and compliance.
