Financial Coach

Our client is a leading North West-based financial wellbeing and retirement specialist, working with hundreds of businesses across the private and public sector by offering their staff financial education, guidance and regulated financial advice. As our client's company continues to grow, a requirement has arisen for a Financial Coach to join its rapidly expanding team of Advisers and Educators. The Financial Coach role is predominantly home-based, with the remit to deliver financial education programmes to employees at corporate and public sector companies across Yorkshire (Sheffield, Middlesborough, Bradford, Hull).

The Financial Coach's key duties will include:

• Delivery of educational seminars, webinars and webcasts on a range of financial, tax and related subjects
• To provide technical support to colleagues within the Financial Coaches team and across the business
• To keep up to date on changing legislation, eg pensions, taxation, investments
• Produce ideas for employee education, eg subject matter and delivery methods
• Assist in the design of new education modules as required

The successful candidate for the Financial Coach vacancy will receive:

• A salary of up to £54,000 (depending on experience)

Suitable candidates interested in the Financial Coach vacancy will have the following criteria:

• Hold the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
• Strong presentation skills (online and face-to-face)
• Happy to travel and occasional overnight stays
• Live in or close to Yorkshire
