Reed are currently supporting a really great Financial Services Business linked to several areas (mine of which is CAMBRIDGE). 

They are sourcing a SKILLED FINANCIAL ADVISOR, CAS STATUS AND LEVEL 4 DIPLOM FINANCIAL QUALIFIED - WHICH IS  ESSENTIAL IN ORDER TO BE RECRUITED TO THE ROLE.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated  to generate new business by converting leads from the Union's General Insurance team across the Cambridge area. 

  • Location: Home/Field Work, CAMBRIDGE Area linked to my role
  • The base salary on offer is £45,000 - £60,000, with OTE of £100,000 and the benefits below are excellent.
  • IN ADDITION: - Company car, mobile phone, and laptop all provided which is wonderful. (see below too the other benefits for the SKILLED FINANICAL ADVISOR)

1) The successful candidate MUST HAVE the following   -

  • FULL Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential) - ALONG WITH CAS STATUS WHICH MUST BE LINKED TO YOU (As outlined)
  • A Valid Statement of Professional Standing (strong candidates without this may be considered)
  • Experience of delivering regulated financial advice to UK customers
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the financial services regulatory and compliance framework
  • Good knowledge of end-to-end sales processes, systems, and tools
  • Innovative ideas, and will challenge themselves and others to achieve higher levels of quality and output to achieve great results for the business

2) The successful candidate will CARRY OUT THE FOLLOWING- 

  • Analyse, identify, and evaluate customer’s personal, business, and financial situation through comprehensive Fact Finding
  • Educate, support, and guide Agents and their staff to promote the financial planning proposition and distribution channels with our customers
  • Complete and submit all necessary documentation within agreed SLAs to support the advice given to the customer and provide a robust statutory record
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers ensuring their current and future requirements are met and their custom is retained
  • Also, Build & maintain effective relationships with the GI Sales Team, Agents, and their staff through the implementation and review of partnership plans to ensure the effective delivery of objectives
  • Identify and generate general insurance leads for Agents from the life customer relationships to meet relevant target
  • Deliver short term/one off projects and activities as required by and to the standards and outcomes agreed with the line manager
  • Creates a team environment, provides innovative ideas, and challenges self and others to achieve higher levels of quality and output to achieve great results for the business, putting Customers first
