Desk Based Financial Adviser - HoveOur client has developed a new advice solution for clients that have simpler needs and do not need to have a comprehensive financial planning relationship. Harnessing technology and operational efficiencies they can deliver a high-quality advice service to clients through telephone or video conferencing and fulfil our requirements through Consumer Duty.

This role is to provide advice to new and existing clients on their financial planning needs. To drive new business from existing clients and acquisitions and migrate clients to our central investment proposition, where appropriate.

Financial Adviser Requirements

  • Always Having a positive attitude
  • Good written / oral communication skills
  • The ability to take on and understand the environment we operate in, and the issues this raises
  • General IT skills
  • Ability to write suitability and annual review reports
  • Previous telephone advice experience is desired
  • Previous use of Intelligent Office is desired
  • RQF level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning from the CII.

Benefits

  • Salary to £50,000
  • Excellent achievable bonus structure from start
  • Ample clients to go around, clients will have up to 250K and will come from the field Advisors and from acquisition
  • Paraplanning will be provided for the complex cases and there are templates for the more simple transactions. You will do your own admin, so IT literate
  • 10+ meetings per week on the phone/video (you can do more), so around 40+ a month
  • They have good onboarding and training, so that you can hit the ground running
